From November 2012 to September 2013 I participated in a research internship at Microsoft Studios in Vancouver.

I helped supervise a fellow student Ryan Goldade in implementing a vorticity driven smoke simulation for real-time and interactive authoring of mesh-based smoke effects for computer games.

Additionally, I implemented part of the research that led to the 2014 SCA paper, Ocean Wave Animation using Boundary Integral Equations and Explicit Mesh Tracking
